Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has been dispatched.

Deliveries are made from 08:00 - 16:30 on weekdays.  You will be contact by the appointed Courier prior to delivery.

How do I track my order?

When your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link to the appointed Courier to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 

orders@stefanoco.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Received damaged stock?

In the event that your rug arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@stefanoco.co.za with your order number and a photo of the rug's condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

 

We offer free returns with 14 days of purchase.  

 

You can return your rug/s for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

​

  • Discounted rugs are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned rugs must be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned rugs must have no visible signs of wear or use.

​

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

​

  • Forward your order confirmation email to orders@stefanoco.co.za and advise which products you would like to return for either a refund or exchange.

  • Once the email has been received - the necessary arrangements will be made for the collection of the rug.

  • Your refund will be processed once the rug has been delivered back to our warehouse for inspection.

  • Refund will take 7-10 days to process.

  • Should your rug be damaged or lost please email orders@stefanoco.co.za and the necessary communication will then follow.
